This fast moving drill is a great way to work on reflex volleys, warm-up before a doubles match or use in a cardio class. Two players start on the service line with the other four players starting in two lines on the opposite service line. The pro can either feed two balls one to each side or one ball between four players. The point is played out with the players moving in towards the net. After the point new players rotate in for the next sequence.
