Assistant Coach
Job Title: Assistant Tennis Coach
Location: Portola Valley, CA
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Tennis Coach to join our team at a thriving tennis academy in Portola Valley, CA. As an assistant tennis coach, you will be responsible for teaching clinics and private lessons to students of all ages, with a focus on junior development.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting tennis clinics and private lessons for students of all ages and skill levels
• Developing and implementing lesson plans and training programs
• Assisting with the organization and execution of tennis events and tournaments
• Providing feedback and progress reports to students and their parents
• Collaborating with other coaches and staff to maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
• USPTA or PTR certification
• Experience coaching tennis, preferably with a focus on junior development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• A high level of energy and a positive attitude
Compensation:
Pay will be based on experience.
