Motivated and passionate candidates will be selected to complete a 12-month intensive work and training program that encompasses all facets of tennis club management, including: on-court programming for all ages and levels, event hosting and execution, facility management, employee management, digital media, marketing and financial operations. What does the program include? 1200 hours of On-Court Instruction Technical Training for Coaches Daily Seminars, Learning Sessions and Guest Speakers Racquet Sports Program Management and Organization Membership Sales and Customer Service Digital Media and Marketing Training Accounting, Finance and Admin Training Qualifications and Experience This is an entry-level position Competitive tennis experience at the high school and/or collegiate level Previous tennis coaching experience with adults and junior preferred but not required Passionate and involved in racquet sports Team player that is eager to learn Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Hard working, humble and with a growth mindset Open to relocation at the end of the program Compensation and Benefits In addition to an hourly rate of pay, housing or a housing stipend is provided. Trainees will be given the opportunity to grow within the company, from an entry level teaching position all the way to a club General Manager role. PTU participants who complete the comprehensive 12-month program, which includes 1200 hours of on court experience, will earn membership and certification into the United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA).
