Racquet Sports Instructor – Bentonville, AR part-time: 5-20 hours per week Are you passionate about racquet sports? Do you enjoy sharing your skills and knowledge with others? If so, you might be the perfect fit for the part-time Racquet Sports Instructor roles at the Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness facility. As a Racquet Sports Instructor, you will provide private and group lessons in tennis, pickleball, badminton, etc. to clients of all ages and skill levels. You will also ensure that the racquet sports equipment and courts are well-maintained and safe for use. You will follow the Walton Family Whole Health and Fitness standards and procedures to deliver a high quality and fun experience for every client. What you’ll need to have Tennis: 3 years of recent teaching experience or 1 year of collegiate tennis playing experience along with 1 year of teaching experience . USTA rating of 3.5 or higher. Pickleball: 1 year of teaching experience and a rating of 3.5 or higher of playing ability. Badminton: 1 year of teaching experience. Must complete USTA Coach Youth Tennis module within 30 days of hire. Must be over the age of 18. Current Adult and Infant CPR/AED/First Aid Certification through the American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute upon hire. Ability to learn how to string rackets. Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills including the ability to motivate others. Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands, meet deadlines, and collaborate with all business units.
