Job Description
The Pickleball Contract Instructor will provide high-quality instruction for players of all ages and skill levels through private lessons, clinics, and group programs. As an independent contractor, the instructor will retain 75–80% of lesson revenue while supporting the growth of the facility’s newly added pickleball courts. Responsibilities include teaching fundamental and advanced skills, promoting safety and sportsmanship, assisting with new program development, and delivering an engaging customer experience.
