Dear PTR Members,
On behalf of the PTR Board of Directors, I am pleased to announce that our Nominating Committee is now accepting applications for two open seats on the PTR Board. This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in guiding the future of our organization as we continue to grow and strengthen the global racquet sports coaching community.
Serving on the PTR Board is both an honor and a responsibility. Our Directors are leaders who help set policy, oversee governance, and ensure that PTR continues to uphold the highest standards of coach education, professionalism, and inclusivity.
What Serving on the PTR Board Involves
- Attending two in-person meetings per year, plus at least four virtual meetings
- Serving on PTR committees and collaborating closely with staff
- Helping to shape policy, budget, and governance for the organization
- Representing our diverse membership and ensuring that every coach’s voice is heard
Who is Eligible?
Any PTR member in good standing with Safe Play approval is eligible to apply. We welcome candidates from across the racquet sports spectrum who are ready to dedicate their time and energy to advancing PTR’s mission.

Our Board plays a central role in ensuring that this legacy continues, while also adapting to the evolving needs of our coaches and the players they serve. Application Deadline
All applications must be submitted by October 31, 2025.
The nominating committee will submit a slate in November, following the closing of the application.
