Wesley Chapel, FL – June 23, 2025 – The Professional Tennis Registry (PTR), a global leader in tennis coach education and certification, is excited to announce two strategic leadership promotions and the addition of several key team members as part of its continued growth.

Milena Vidos Promoted to Vice President

Milena Vidos has been promoted to Vice President, where she will lead the organization in driving growth, enhancing educational programs, and expanding membership value. Milena will oversee key areas including educational program management, membership growth, and strategic partnerships, ensuring the organization’s continued success and inclusivity.

Milena, a PTR member since 2011 and Certified Professional in all education pathways, brings extensive experience to this role. She began playing tennis at age three at her parents’ tennis club, became #1 in Brazil as a junior, and earned a full athletic scholarship to Delta State University. Milena also holds a BA and master’s degree in Sports Management.

Milena will continue to lead initiatives like PTR ACE, PTRW, Wheelchair and Adaptive Programs, and the Junior Apprentice Program, ensuring PTR’s offerings remain diverse, innovative, and accessible to coaches at all levels.

Caitlyn Fries Promoted to Director of Marketing

Alongside the promotion of Milena Vidos, Caitlyn Fries has been promoted to Director of Marketing. Since joining PTR in 2018, Caitlyn has been integral to managing PTR’s branding and overseeing marketing and social media strategies that have played a key role in expanding the organization’s reach.

With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design from Northern Michigan University, Caitlyn ensures that PTR’s story aligns with its rich history and future vision, while maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all platforms. Her expertise in design and marketing helps drive PTR’s digital presence, supporting its growth and visibility.

Paige Payne Returns to PTR to Lead Workshop Coordination and Member Support

PTR is thrilled to welcome back 12-year veteran Paige Payne to the team. In her new role as Director of Development, Paige will support workshop coordination—overseeing scheduling, assisting members throughout their certification journey, and serving as a key liaison between coach developers and workshop hosts. With deep roots in the organization and experience across nearly every area of PTR, Paige brings a wealth of knowledge and a member-first approach that will further elevate the coach experience. A graduate of Ashland University with a B.S. in Marketing, Paige was also a four-year member of the women’s tennis team, combining her passion for the sport with a strong foundation in service and leadership.

Isaac McBroom Joins PTR as Education Manager

Isaac McBroom brings a wealth of experience to his new role as Education Manager at PTR. Formerly PTR’s Director of Development, Isaac has deep understanding of PTR’s coaching philosophies and education structures. He previously served as the National Coach Education Lead for LifeTime Fitness, designing and implementing coaching philosophies across 26 clubs nationwide, helping elevate the quality and consistency of tennis instruction at scale.

A respected PTR Coach Developer and published author on ecological dynamics and coaching methodology, Isaac is known for his innovative, research-driven approach. He will play a key role in expanding and elevating PTR’s educational offerings, continuing to support coaches at every stage of their journey.

Additional Staff Hires

To support the organization’s continued growth and Saddlebrook office, PTR has recently expanded its team with four key hires: a Creative Marketing Specialist, Social Media Coordinator, Member Experience Coordinator, and Bookkeeper/HR & Office Manager. These new team members are set to begin their roles in early July.
