In this role, you will provide vital support to our staff and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our non-profit organization dedicated to promoting tennis in our community. Responsibilities: Provide calendar management and scheduling for staff, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and faxes. Draft correspondence, presentations, and reports with accuracy and clarity. Maintain and update filing systems (both physical and electronic) to ensure efficient recordkeeping. Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents (may require basic accounting software knowledge). Assist with event planning and logistics, including registration, communication with participants, and preparation of materials. Provide support to various departments and programs as needed. Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and staff. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a non-profit or fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently. Strong organizational skills and a meticulous approach to recordkeeping.
