Head Teaching Professional

We are an upscale country club located in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina. Our aim is to provide an outstanding experience for our members. This position reports to the Director of Tennis. Responsibilities include all aspects of a full-service program: teaching players of all ages and abilities, event coordination, facility maintenance, court reservations, camp supervision, and more. The successful candidate will be able to engage with discerning clientele in a courteous and professional manner. Our tennis season typically runs for approximately 9 months, March – November. Compensation is a combination of an hourly wage and commission that should total $60,000+ during that time period. Qualifications will include experience working with players of all ages and abilities and a playing level that would allow for hitting comfortably with strong club players in the USTA 4.5 range. Benefits include a 401k plan, free employee meals, a 3-month winter break, flexible hours, and limited access to a superb golf course.
