Germantown Cricket Club has a great opportunity for an energetic individual who desires to build on his/her career as our new Junior Coordinator. Located in Philadelphia, PA, Germantown Cricket Club has an incredibly active racquets membership at its 39-court facility. This position will help lead the instruction of the junior program with a staff of successful certified tennis professionals. This position also assists and teaches adult programs. Applicants should be a USPTA certified professional or PTR certified professional and have strong teaching skills and a competitive tennis playing background at the college level. Candidates need strong interpersonal skills to work with a large tennis staff, as well as other department managers and employees. The specific responsibilities of the Junior Coordinator will include but not be limited to: Work with the Director/Head Pro in the execution of our junior program including session information, class times, camps, and tournament schedule. Assist with the development of a structured junior pathway and program methodologies. Execute their role with passion, energy, and discipline both on and off court. Always put the needs of the members at the forefront of our program. Coach High Performance level classes as well as developmental junior classes, adult programming, private and group lessons. The compensation package consists of salary, lessons, and clinics. In addition, a generous benefit package is available which includes meals, health insurance, education allowance and vacation time.
