Our state-of-the-art tennis facility features 16 well-maintained courts and a thriving tennis program catering to all ages and skill levels. We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Part-Time Tennis Professional to join our dedicated team and contribute to the continued growth and success of our tennis offerings. Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and engaging individual to provide high-quality tennis instruction to our members. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule with the opportunity to teach a variety of lessons and clinics, contributing significantly to our adult and junior tennis programs. Responsibilities: • Provide engaging and effective tennis instruction in private, semi-private, and group settings to adults and juniors of all skill levels. • Adult clinics and drills focused on skill development and match play. • Coach and mentor junior academy players, fostering their technical skills, tactical understanding, and passion for the sport. • Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to individual and group needs. • Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment for all participants. • Adhere to all club policies and procedures. • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Qualifications: • Proven experience in teaching tennis to adults and juniors. • Strong technical knowledge of tennis fundamentals, strategies, and techniques. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills. • Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans and drills. • Certification from a recognized tennis governing body (e.g., USPTA, PTR • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Compensation: • Competitive compensation ranging from $40 to $50 per lesson, commensurate with experience and qualifications. • Opportunity to work 20+ hours per week, with a flexible schedule.
