Pickleball Club Manager
Forward Pickleball, committed to “Moving Players Forward is looking for a Pickleball Club Manager who will oversee the day-to-day pickleball operations, assist with program implementation, and ensure an outstanding guest experience for our members and players.
Position Overview
As the Pickleball Club Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and successful operations of our facility. You will oversee all aspects of pickleball operations, including scheduling, programming, member services, and facility management. This role requires a passion for pickleball, strong organizational skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to our members.
Responsibilities
Ensure members and guests receive exceptional service by building positive relationships and addressing inquiries promptly.
Educate guests on membership benefits, enforce waiver and membership agreement policies, and assist with membership sign-ups.
Monitor and support activities on the courts, ensuring smooth operations during special events, tournaments, and open play.
Provide new member orientations and facility tours to prospective members.
Utilize in-club technology to support guests’ playing experience and facilitate member services.
Collaborate with the management team to implement operational improvements and ensure a positive member experience.
Qualifications
Enthusiasm for pickleball and fitness, with a proactive and team-oriented approach.
Formal leadership experience of at least 2 years, demonstrating the ability to make quick decisions and manage effectively in a dynamic environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Technologically savvy, and proficient in point-of-sale systems and other club management software, such as CourtReserve.
This position requires evening and weekend availability. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our members and guests.
* In addition to providing an exceptional guest experience, the Manager’s main focus is filling the courts with players.
