Instruction & Coaching: Deliver exceptional private and group tennis lessons to players of all levels, from beginners to competitive athletes. Lead clinics, drills, and team practices that align with the academy’s philosophy of player development. 2. Program Development: Support the creation, organization, and execution of tennis programs, including junior development, adult clinics, tournaments, and special events. Implement innovative training techniques to enhance player growth and engagement. 3. Player Development: Evaluate players’ skills and develop customized improvement plans to meet their goals. Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment that encourages skill development and enjoyment of the sport. 4. Facility & Administrative Support: Help manage on-court operations, including equipment setup and facility maintenance.
