Community Outreach Coordinator
Basic Functions
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Community Outreach Coordinator oversees all functions related to our Community Outreach programs; NJTL, Schools Programs, Rally Cats, TNT, and other programs and events. Plan, manage and perform all administrative and clerical tasks necessary for all community outreach programs and events.
Major Job Responsibilities
Develop, and maintain strategic goals for growth and retention for community outreach
Create, develop, administrate, and oversee new and existing Community Outreach activities and events;
NJTL, Rally Cats, TnT, Schools Programs, and other TM events and activities
Liaison with USTA Tennessee, USTA Southern, and USTA Foundation
Assist with fundraising, and grant writing specific to community outreach efforts
Consistently demonstrates leadership behaviors aligned with TM values
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience required in outreach and community development
Experience with all sizes, styles, types of outreach programs, events, and socials
Outstanding organizational and administrative skills
Ability to create, develop, and oversee new and existing NJTL and large community events
A passion to create a memorable customer experience for our clients
