Head Coach of High Performance
The Polo Tennis and Fitness Club seeks a teaching professional to primarily lead and grow our high-performance program. This individual can structure the program as they see fit as long as it fits with the club’s priorities. The ideal candidate will have a background in high-level playing and / or coaching with knowledge of the USTA tournament system and collegiate placement. While responsibilities will focus on high performance, a few hours outside this program will be part of the job description as we all help one another’s departments.
Full-time positions receive full time benefits as well as have compensation packages that encourage growth.
Individuals applying for this job will show the following in their work experience:
Familiarity with high-performance coaching and / or playing
Experience with mentorship and communication with families
Understanding that weekend work is part of the job description
