Head Tennis Professional
Eagle Harbor is a community with over 2000 homes.
-600 tennis members.
-12 Led lit hydro clay courts and 3 pickleball courts.
The compensation for this Head Pro position is an attractive base salary plus lesson commissions, club will pay for Pickleball certification and will be given opportunity to also get involved in our Pickleball program. Full health benefits package included.
Job duties:
· Provide group and individual tennis lessons as assigned by the Director of Tennis or as acquired.
· Promote and supervise adult tennis socials and in house junior match play.
•. Encourages Member participation in tennis programs.
• Assists the Director of Tennis in all areas as needed.
• Contributes in the creation of new concepts for various tennis events and orchestrates the communication promotion and execution of these events.
• Assist with the junior program
The qualifications are:
· Certified pro
• Bachelors Degree
· Must be dynamic , positive and have an energetic personality that loves helping people
· Must have excellent communications skills, verbal and written
· Must have passion for promoting, coaching and playing tennis. NTRP 5.0 or better
· Must have energy to teach 35+ hours a week including, weekends and some evenings
· Must have experience in running round robins with big groups and tournaments with big numbers
