Head Tennis Professional
North Dodge Athletic Club is in search of a Head Tennis Professional that is an enthusiastic and outgoing Professional to assist the Director of Tennis with all aspects of the operation. This person should be a self-starter and can work with all levels of adults and junior players plus string rackets. Assist with adult classes as needed and be prepared to lead adult clinics and be in charge when Director of Tennis is away. The Head Professional will be the lead pro for our junior program. The Professional will ensure that all fees and sign up forms are collected. This person will assist the Director of Tennis in all aspects of the Tennis program including organizing and running social events and tournaments. The candidate will promote, market, and lead all aspects of the club. This position requires you to work nights and weekends. This person must also have excellent communication skills when dealing with members and guests. We are looking for a high energy, self-motivated and intelligent applicant to fill this position. The applicant should hold NTRP rating of 4.5 or higher. Candidate must be qualified to work in the USA. Position is a full time. Looking to hire as soon as possible.
