  •  Exhibit installation may begin as early as 2:30 and 6:00pm Thursday, and then again starting at 7am Friday. Must be completed by 9am.  
  • The Trade Show closes at 3pm when activities move out to the tennis courts. 
  • Exhibits must be dismantled and cleared by 5pm. 
  • Booths must be manned throughout the show and exhibitors must wear badges at all times. 

Requested space assignment will be awarded on a first-come, first served basis. For best selections, make sure to sign up early! All others will be assigned in the order of receipt with consideration given to exhibitors wishing to avoid placement adjacent to competitors. Space is limited in the Exhibit Area, so we cannot grant all requests for placement.  

Exhibitor registration at $997 includes the following: 

  • 8′ back wall, 3′ high side rails
  • One 6′ skirted table
  • 2 chairs and wastebasket
  • 4′ ID sign hanging at booth
  • Free WiFi
  • 1 registration to Symposium*
    (* Double Booth receives 2)
  • Pre and Post marketing E-blast to attendees


Electricity can be ordered from PTR by October 1, 2022 for $195.   

Sharing space between two or more companies is prohibited.

Interviews, demonstrations, literature and sample distribution should take place inside the booth or in the immediate area of an exhibitor’s display. Exhibitors with audio equipment should use reasonable volume within their area. PTR offers materials insertions into attendee Digital Welcome Packets. 

The PPR Pickleball Trade Show will be held Sunday, November 13th during the the Pickleball Conference.  The Pickleball Show is $795 but if you bundle with PTR show – you get it for $595  Save $200. 

Activities at PTR’s Trade Show are limited to those who have officially registered to participate. Those who have not registered for the Trade Show are prohibited from demonstrating or advertising their products or distributing information.  

The Demo Courts will be available at the tennis courts for equipment demonstration. There will be clay Demo Courts open from 3pm – 5pmExhibitors must register by October 1 to reserve a 30 minute time slot and to appear in the program. 

Exhibitors will receive One Symposium Attendance pass for a single booth and Two Passes for a double booth to attend the Symposium lectures and parties, including the HEAD Dinner and Dance Party and the PTR Awards Banquet. Additional Symposium and party passes can be purchased to accommodate larger booth staff.  Symposium passes do not cover Professional Development Courses or Certification Workshops.   

Exhibitors are encouraged to attend the Awards Banquet held Wednesday Evening and receive one complimentary ticket with a single booth and two complimentary tickets with a double booth. 

We will host a Silent Auction at the PTR Foundation booth during the Trade Show to benefit our charitable arm.   We ask each exhibitor to participate by donating an item to the Auction.  Please see the Auction Donation Form and send it to   You can bring your item with you for disbursement at the end of the show.  Thank you for supporting the PTR Foundation and its works. 

The responsibility for shipment of items lies solely with the exhibitor.  

Booth assignments will be made in the order that full payment is received. You can request a particular booth number or to be near a particular company. We will try to accommodate. Full payment or a $500 deposit is required to hold your space. Total balance is due October. 1, 2022.
