DIVERSITY & INCLUSION
Tennis is a game for everyone, regardless of age, gender, race or socioeconomic means. PTR is breaking barriers by providing equitable opportunities for ALL coaches and players to receive accredited education.
ACE is a vehicle to add diversity to our community of tennis coaches. Arthur Ashe deemed it, “The most comprehensive training program for tennis teachers.” The ACE Program served, & continues to serve, as a catalyst for thousands of successful tennis coaching careers. To be an ACE candidate you must be either a coach of color or a coach who intends to work in a diverse program/community. Playing level should be at a NTRP 4.0 or higher, and not be previously PTR certified.
PTRW is a program dedicated to empowering female coaches in our community. We believe in providing the necessary tools, workshops, and networking opportunities to inspire confidence and skill development. PTRW is more than just a program; it’s a supportive network where female coaches can connect, grow, and be part of something greater.
Our PTR On Campus initiative is designed to cultivate the next generation of tennis coaches. Whether you’re a student eager to enhance your coaching skills or someone looking to lay a strong foundation for your coaching journey, this program is for you. Open to individuals 18 years or older, PTR On Campus offers invaluable training and mentorship opportunities to kickstart your coaching career.
